This summer I was blessed to do a large hand painted mural for a local elementary school library. The principal wanted a very colorful kid-friendly mural of the most popular storybook characters for this reading nook. This project took about 2 1/2 weeks from concepts to completion. This is all my original art versions of the characters with children cartoons added reading books.

My principal has asked me do do a mural for our library reading corner. I am not an artist. Is it legal to use book character artwork by projecting it onto the wall or must I get permission from authors to use the artwork? Great work by the way.
